French doors lead through to the large and spacious conservatory which has both fully opening windows and sliding roof panels making this a pleasant and attractive place to relax on hot summer days and central heating for the cooler seasons.

Fully fitted kitchen comprising split level hob and oven, fridge freezer, breakfast table and seating area leading to the utility area with washing machine and dish washer.










On the ground floor there is a separate WC, shower room and shower room with WC, 3 bedrooms which include two doubles one of which has a wash basin and the third is a twin room. Upstairs there are three further bedrooms, one twin, one double with additional single bed and one single. There is a further family bathroom with corner bath unit overhead shower and WC.

Outside

There is a mature well maintained woodland garden with various flowerbeds and lawns benefiting from swings basketball hoop and treehouse for the children. The perimeter is completely fenced and gated for the safety of children. There is a barbecue area with barbeque, patio furniture and a selection of outdoor games.
